MECH CHARACTER DESIGN

We designed and developed this robot character for the animation studio Woodblock here in Berlin. The most challenging part is to give this character believable mechanics that either look cool and also mover properly. We worked close with the animators at Woodblock to make sure that we could cover any pose with no bad intersections between the mech parts.

Again we designed and developed this robot for Woodblock. This time we gave a bit more japanese character to it. As the robot had no mechanical head in the final spot, we played a bit in our spare time, changed some of his characteristics and gave him a more military look.
